As the modern industrial activity of SIB-ADR is constantly
growing, the buildings we have been occupying until now are
currently decrepit and unsuitable.
That is why a territorial choice had be made and a fast
enlargement solution had to be found. We have decided to
build our new premises only a few meters away from the place
where SIB-ADR was founded in 1922.
The foundation stone is to be laid in June 2009.
Our new 11,000 m² buildings will be divided into
manufacturing workshops using two processes, offices and a
big storage warehouse. Thanks to this tomove, our company
will optimize its working conditions, improve the flows and
extend its storage area.
In addition to the 11,000 m² needed for the new premises, 3
ha are still available on the development site, in case of
another expansion in the future.
Thus we will reach a more rational organisation of our flows
and focus our ambition on technological innovation, with
only one aim in mind: to become the world leader in our
industrial field in the 4 coming years.
Comforted
by the great success of our Plastic ATEX SIB-TEC, we are
more than ever determined to go forward in our innovation
era and we are proud to present you our new solution for EMC
cable glands in Industrial and also ATEX version.
Waiting the patented declension of our EMC
SIB TEC we are launching today our light version of EMC SIB
TEC in competition against the HSK-M-EMV from HUMMEL or
PERFECT EMC from JACOB.
Thanks to its competitive prices and large quantities on
stock we have no doubt our product will be successful.
Currently, it is already available with metric threads from
M12 to M63 in brass. If you have a request for special EMC
SIB TEC Light version (different thread, stainless steel...)
and if the ordered quantities are significant enough, we are
able to design and customize the EMC cable gland that
corresponds to your needs.
The
principle of mounting is very simple. Just bend the braided
screen at an angle of around 90°, jam it between the lamella
insert and the lower part and screw the pressing screw
To meet the demand of
the market, we are now launching our new Ex d plug with
hexagonal head.
At the moment it is available in brass (raw or nickel
plated) and stainless steel. The temperature range is from
-40°C to +100°C with Nitril O-Ring and the certification
with silicon flat seal(-50°C to +220°C) and Viton flat seal
(-20°C to +200°C) is running and will be available soon.

As

EMC cable gland – with electromagnetic compatibility-.
This system permits the cable gland not to be affected by electromagnetic or radio frequencies (IEM/RFI) interferences that could disrupt the efficiency of the plant to which it is connected.
Our patented system fulfils three functions:
- Watertightness of the cable
- Cable earthing
- Traction relief of the cable
Thanks to its metallic insert, our new EMC SIB-TEC permits a grounding continuity on 360°C and can be mounted with the same simplicity as a normal cable gland.
